Annual Company Closure – 2023
Heading towards the end of 2023, we start to look back at the year behind us – and what a year it has been. We at BIOCOM Africa want to express our deepest thanks and appreciation for every customer who have and remain to trust BIOCOM Africa with providing solutions for all their research and diagnostic laboratory needs. BIOCOM Africa further expands this appreciation to every supplier supporting us and trusting us in advancing the research and diagnostic developments within the African content.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: With the festive season fast approaching, we wish to inform you that BIOCOM Africa will be entering our annual closure from the 14th of December 2023, and will reopen on the 3rd of January.
However, do not fret, we are still accepting orders up to and on the day of closure. All orders placed during this time will be placed with our international suppliers and will be shipped on the first Friday after reopening, depending on availability. BIOCOM Africa knows and understand the importance of ensuring that the laboratories run smoothly from the start of the festive season into the new year.
Our sales staff and internal teams are ready to continue to offer aid and support whatever needed. Whether it is on a flow cytometry panel design, instrument servicing, or ELISA kit orders – BIOCOM Africa is dedicated to have the research and diagnostic work without interruption into 2024.
